Services offered
The Project Coordinator would be assigned as the customers main point of contact for a general contractors project providing the following type of coordination and management.

  1. Weekly site visits for updated progress reports
  2. Answering any project questions that come in from the client through phone call or email.
  3. Researching questions / status updates with assigned trades on project related matters.
  4. Managing and documenting any scope change requests requiring client approval.
  5. Maintaining a web based project file that logs all client communications. (Access to be provided to client by request)
  6. Maintaining project schedule based on delays, changes, and resource conflicts for client communication purposes.

Business Model
General contractors would purchase a fixed retainer / project (based on the scope of project).  Effort estimates would be created as contractor projects are won and modified as required.  Estimates of 2 – 3 hours per week / project.
